So here are some great ways to make your wedding feel like a ski resort without having to ship in a truckload of fake snow and men in lederhosen (although I fully support this option too!).

Why not start the celebrations with a little après ski party. Get those cheesy tunes on a playlist like this one and start practising your best après dance moves whilst doing shots of Jägermeister from a shot ski. And even if you might have to resist dancing on the tables in your ski boots, you can still have some of your favourite après cocktails on the menu to get you in the mood.
Ski Themed Decorations
Get creative with your decorations. Vintage skis or an old snowboard make a great alternative to a traditional guestbook and will make a wonderful piece of art for your home. Or how about these miniature skis that double up as table settings and favours.
Set Up A Vintage Ski Photobooth
A photobooth with a difference. Forget fake moustaches and silly hats. Get some vintage ski wear on eBay, a mountain-themed backdrop, and let your guests go wild playing grown-up dress-up with some retro ski gear.
