The night they met was like a scene out of a Hollywood movie. In a busy nightclub on the Spanish island of Ibiza, a professional dancer dances on the stage, with a sea of party-goers watching from below. It was just like any other night until that one moment. As she moved across the podium, a man in the crowds caught her eye. Their eyes locked and for just a second, time stood still.
Mario & Jessica
This story isn’t from a script. It’s the real story of how Jessica met Mario a few summers ago.
Mario was only visiting the island of Ibiza on holiday when they first met. At that time, he was living and working in Madrid, while Jessica was running a dance school on the island. During the first year of their relationship, they flew back and forth to spend as much time together as possible, but they knew it wasn’t how they wanted it to continue. After a year of having a long-distance relationship, Mario decided that he wanted to be with Jessica, and moved to the Ibiza to be with her.
In April 2017, on a romantic weekend break to Venice for Mario’s birthday, he surprised Jessica with a big question and a diamond ring.
An Ibiza Beach Engagement Shoot
When I was getting to know Jessica and Mario before their engagement shoot, Jessica told me about some of their favourite places on the island. So it only seemed fitting to visit one of their favourite spots, the beach at Cala Comte, for their Ibiza engagement shoot.
